  • No real money is ever transferred, held or blocked
  • TaxWallet is not a bank, payment institution or accounting software
  • No VAT is submitted to, or paid to, any tax administration
  • Bank accounts, secured VAT balances and transfers shown here are illustrations
  • Nothing here creates any tax or accounting obligation, or discharges one

1. Purpose of the platform

TaxWallet is a proof of concept that demonstrates how invoices, VAT collection, VAT securing and VAT declarations could be managed in a secure and transparent digital environment. It is made available for demonstration and evaluation purposes only, and is not a commercial product. TaxWallet is not a bank, accounting software or payment institution, and never receives or stores funds.

2. Accounts and approval

  • Each company account is operated by one named user
  • Company registrations are reviewed by an administrator before access is granted, and may be rejected with a reason
  • Customers are added by the company they work with and invited by email
  • You are responsible for keeping your password confidential

3. VAT securing authorisation

During registration you are asked to authorise TaxWallet to communicate with a future banking partner in order to identify VAT collected, secure and block VAT funds, and transfer them to the tax administration once a declaration is validated.

For this proof of concept that authorisation is a visual simulation only. No banking connection is established, no account is accessed, and no funds are moved or blocked. It exists to demonstrate how the product would work in future.

You may withdraw this authorisation at any time by contacting the operator at the address in the legal notice, or by deleting your account from Settings → Security → Privacy & data. Withdrawal has no financial effect, because nothing financial takes place.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not upload real confidential or sensitive business records
  • Do not upload personal data of third parties without a lawful basis to do so
  • Do not attempt to gain access to another company's workspace
  • Upload only PDF, JPG and PNG files, and only content you are entitled to share

5. Availability and liability

The platform is provided as a demonstration, without warranty of availability, accuracy or fitness for any particular purpose. Figures shown, including VAT calculations, are illustrative and must not be relied upon for any accounting, tax or contractual decision. Demonstration data may be reset or deleted at any time.

6. Your data

Personal data is processed as described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
